Cultivate your ashes into Beauty 6 Week Yoga Program
Online Program Launches October 17, 2021 !!!
I want to ASSURE YOU this program is educational and transformational , I do not intend to set anyone back with the details of telling my story or anyone else’s nor do I expect anyone to tell their story .
Each week is a different struggle that I’ve noticed most if not all of us survivors deal with on the daily basis
Each session starts off with - the topic of disscussion, 30-45 minutes of yoga practice (no experience necessary) and 10-15 reflection time , either group reflection or journal
Week one : Mindset discussion-Yoga 30 minutes
Week two: Yoga 45 minutes theme :shame / Guilt (it is not my fault )
Week three : Yoga 45 minutes theme: inner Child / heart chakra
Week 4: Yoga 45 minutes : Body awareness Stand in your Power / body empowerment
Week 5: Yoga 45 minutes Stand in your Power / body empowerment
Week: Yoga 45 minutes : Connection- surround yourself with like minded people ! Breakout group activity
Week 6 :Yoga 60 minutes : Liberation honesty truth / Reflections .
If this is something you’d like to be a part of or you know someone who needs this please share along .
These yoga practices are woven into one another from a beginners practice from week one , to a more intermediate practice in week 6 . You will not only see a transformation in your mindset and awareness but you will notice a change in how you feel about your body .
From one Survivor to another , trust me when I tell you if healing is possible for ME, creating a better life , being able to tell people no , pushing past my fear and feeling more confident in my skin.
IN ONE YEAR !!!
Then I promise you it is for you too !! ALL you have to do is DECIDE that you are WORTHY of being crowned with beauty for your ashes .
